CPM 20CV Kitchen Knife with Raffir Spalted Beech

Greetings everyone,

Here is a kitchen knife that I finished up for my wife’s birthday on the 11th. The CPM 20CV blade is just under 6 inches long, and approximately 1.75 inches wide. The handle is Raffir stabilized Spalted Beech, with white G10 liners. The pins are stainless Corby bolts. It’s very sharp, but she hasn’t had a chance to use it yet.

Thanks guys! My wife used the knife last night and, even though I warned her it was very sharp, she still managed to cut the tips off of two fingernails.

Hopefully, they were false fingernails.
