Now available is this double ground 12.5” CPM3V Hira Zukuri O-tanto. This one is .295” at the ricasso with a nice distal taper in the last third of the blade. The spine of the blade is nicely rounded and polished. The handle features a large Zirc menuki, is epoxy soaked and very durable. This is a fantastic cutter (see videos) and is nicely balanced.
