CPM M4 amazes me.

Stopped W/3 micron diapaste strop cause out of the 1 micron I like.
Basically shaved one my baby fine hairs dragged across the blade into 3rds.
I think Rex 45 gets sharper though.

M4 is in my opinion one of the best steels you can carry given availability, cost, and maintenance. I think Benchmade does great things with it, and it’s been my all around go to steel type.

I said I think Rex takes a keener edge.
I don’t know. This is Rex 45, (shaved 5 curling cue’s from same spot on hair without cutting into) but the CPM M4 will do about the same so i don’t really know.
Both pretty impressive steels.
