CPM M4 Source and Treatment?

Could anyone direct me to a good source of CPM M4 steel for knifemaking? I'm looking for the lowest price on a small quantity, say 12*1.5*3/16 in barstock, or longer if necessary.

Also, where could I ship the blade for heat treatment? M4 usually requires an oil quench, which Texas Knifemaker's Supply doesn't offer.
