I like the last one for choice of the maker's mark!!! Have you considered the spine in the handle for your mark?

The middle one. Seem like that one has a slightly larger "S" first letter, as well, that looks just right. That and another +1 for trying the logo along the spine.

Seriously, how can we get one of these or something similar?

Also, do I see a PDW IBL trying to make its way into the shot? Haha, focus should be on the trio.
 
Positioning - of the 3 the top/right one.
On the ricasso?
Spine is nice as well.
Also the larger S is a nice touch.

Nice work - what finish did you take the blades to? I can't tell from the photos
 
Beautiful work!

Middle knife text in the left/bottom knife position. :)

Keeping the text closer to the ricasso seems to create the illusion of a longer blade.
