This one was a bit of a bear. I ground most of it post HT. Started life as a .200 thick bar of CPM S110V. The full flat ground blade is 3.7 inches long and has an unsharpened swedge and rounded spine. The edge is ~.010 before sharpening, and the flats were hand sanded to 600 grit. The tang is tapered to reduce weight and for overall aesthetics. Handle scales are crosscut MODERN linen micarta with red G10 liners attached with system 3 epoxy and Titanium corby bolts. OAL is just over 8 inches.

It rides in a hand sewn leather sheath with red thread.

This one looks great! How hard is it to keep the temps down when grinding the S110V and not overheat it?
