Hi folks, what are you experiences with CPM-S45VN and working finish in regards to rust?

I really like this "bad boy" https://ibb.co/7XJkw0q but not sure if I need to apply FrogLube to it on a regular basis.

Thank you.

My input is solely based on a few experiences I've read about from other members, but working finish is more prone to rust than a stonewashed blade. Whether the degree is difference is extreme or negligible, I can't say for sure.

I would pay more attention to S45VN if it was bead blasted, working finish isn't something I'd nit-pick over

My S35VN working finish has some corrosion spots. None of my stonewashed blades have anything like this.

Just get it you’ll love it! I prefer stonewash but my xm 3 inch in WF is holding up just fine. Plus if it ever does start to get spots you could always send it off to be refinished if it bothers you. IMO I think it looks pretty cool! The full track above my post looks awesome!
