CPM154 Gyuto by Mario Ingoglia

This is a new Gyuto that just arrived in the mail today.
The knife maker is Mario Ingoglia from Gurnee, IL.
The blade steel is CPM154 and the handle stabilized Amboyna Burl and Bog Oak.

I will be trying it out over the weekend.
On Monday it goes in the mail to my son inlaw as a late birthday present.

Very nice! I bet that's the 5600 year old bog oak too. Nice wood combinations. That is one lucky son in law.
