Hey guys I finished this one up about a month ago and I have yet to post a thread about it!
Steel: .100' thick Hand rubbed CPM154 heat treated by my buddy Matthew Gregory ( Thanks man!)
Blade: Gyuto blade shape- 8 inches with a rounded spine and choil
Handle: Black G10- The customer wanted something simple and grippy. The black g10 is classic and provides excellent grip even when wet
The blade is ever so slightly convex ground and the edge was ground to about .005" Before sharpening.
