CPM154 Santoku and Fillet

I made this one for a co-worker who is a very good cook. OAL is 11-3/4" with a 6" blade. I think the wood is ringed gidgee.

Made this fillet a while ago and do not have the dimensions. At least I know that the handle is G10.
