This guy was fun to make! I really enjoy gringing those long knives. Kind of just ride the grind and relax, and let the dust pile up.
specs
-1/4" CPM3V 15 1/2" overall 9 1/2" blade
-machine satin flats and hollow grinds
-green G10 with nickel silver corbys, 304SS tubing
-stained and water proofed pouch style leather sheath

hope you like

this next picture actually makes the knife look smaller than it is IMO.

Very impressive looking knife.
Know it's got to be super strong, since it's made from 3V. :)

Sag.

Hey looks familiar. I like you how you cleaned it up after the chopping and added the G-10. Very cool Paul:thumbup: I really dig that one you have in the Gallery too.

WOW:eek:Looks like a helluva chopper!
I love 3V!!

What are the holes in the blade for?

sorry for the noob question:o

What are the holes in the blade for?

I put the holes to run paracord or whatever to tie around the wrist and prevent innocent bystanders from being decapitated:rolleyes:. That way you can really get into so heavy duty chopping.

thanks for the compliments guys!
Paul

I've never seen that before.Good idea.

BTW,Beautiful Work all around;)

Saw this at IGs....very nice, crisp clean grinding! I like the big choppers and this one is a beast.
