CQB1 Sheath

Is the sheath fo the CQB1 a "clip on" style sheath? I am looking for a good knife with a sheath that I can just clip on/off my belt.

Hi,

It is and it isn't. It comes with a Teclok device that basically works like the old Bianchi quick release device they put on their military holsters. It allows you to carry the knife in a multitude of positions.

It also comes with a IWB (in the waistband) strap with a snap.

Very good sheath design and both devices easily allow you to remove the knife without un-doing your belt.

You can also "retro-fit" a "G-clip" to the sheath, which is what I have done with mine, and that seems to work just swell..

Note: You can purchase a "G-clip" separately from most of the "plastic" sheath makers.
