cqc 12 Comrade stonewashed?????

Just got a cqc 12 Comrade black combo edge from KCI. Wow, it's a beauty. Not many 12's out there to be had, and no satin or black plain edges anywhere online I can find, so I couldn't wait and got the combo black. It's gonna be poppin out of my pocket for quite awhile.

Question?? Anyone know if the Comrade 12 might be comin out with the stonewashed blades down the road, like the super 8's. I'm not especially fond of that silver chrome coating. It's okay... but..., Plain edge stonewashed would be an instant 12C order for me.
In the meantime I'll just have to suffer along with this combo black 12. ;)

Yup, I dont think there will be any more 12s at all now.

You will no doubt get a cqc-45 with the stone washed blade. That knife is about
as close to a 12 as one can get from EKI for now and a real nice looking knife too :thumbup:
 
Contacted Emerson by E-mail.

Just got am E-mail reply from Mr. Emerson personally that the cqc 12 Comrades being discontinued is news to him, and they will be produced again down the road.

Pretty nice to get a confirmation from the Boss.

Not so sad now.
