Cqc 45

I don't think there has been any indication as to when the production one will be released.
All I know just now is that I really want one :p:thumbup:

I want the pistol as well. I've loved my Sig p220 in SAO from the first shot, but I've had an itch for a 1911 for a long time, I just hope they are still available when I finally have the scratch together to pick up the set. Or I could sell the Sig, my AR, and my Glock and probably be close. ( I kinda made a vow to never sell any guns after seeing my dad regret parting ways with his old off-duty Chief's Special)
Anyone have regrets after selling off something to fund a purchase? no regrets?
I make a decent living, although they've cut OT, so I'm sure I could save, I'm just concerned that collectors with more disposable income will buy them up...

I like the 45 too but I don't know that he will call it that. I think the 45 is just that collector piece. Someone wrote me yesterday asking me what I knew about a CQC17. Now keep in mind that I haven't seen it or nothin' but apparently the Emerson Knives 2009 Catalog has a tid bit of curiousity on the second to last page someplace toward something about the website and if I recall correctly this little window picture shows the website pulled up in like a Internet Explorer setting. Well, if you look at the bottom somewhere toward what he said were program bars, (not sure what that means exactly) but supposedly there is some kind of a text or something looking like a document page that is opened up, and its titled CQC-17 specs and some computer jibberish after that.

He found this to be quite curious and I told him that for all I know about Ernie he probably did that on purpose, call it to cause a fever if you will, just wondering how long it'd take for some astute individual to notice it. I really don't know nothin' about it but for all I know its the new 45 production folder he is working on in secret. Wouldn't that be nice???:D I'd hope because that is one knife I will for sure buy two of! So you fellas reading this need to let me know the minute you find some so I can get me one at least.

There are custom knives called 19-elevens and I heard the production knives were going to be the CQC-45.

The 19 elevens were actually limited productions. The first 45s are custom, and the productions are in the process. No details on them except the target price is $300.
My guess is that it'll be different than just plain, black G-10, becuase that will be the 19 eleven all over again.
We'll have to just wait and see.

Target price 300$ means msrp or street price?? I would love to buy that knife, but maximum 200$ i will be able to pay for that...
