CQC-7 family, mini going to a buddy

I have not seen any pics of the EKI CQC-7 Super, regular and mini together, so here you go.

I bought the Super CQC-7 a week ago and it is AWESOME. The regular CQC-7 is the Benchmade version that I bought about 10 years ago and she is well used. The mini CQC-7 is going to a buddy of mine who enlisted in the reserves as a Blackhawk pilot. He graduated basic last month and I promised him a gift. He said he could carry a knife that was under 3" so the first thing that I though of was the mini CQC-7.

I've been trying to look for a place online to pick up a regular cqc7 for cheap but knife center has them all back ordered. :( Sweet knives man.
 
The Mini 7 is a great little knife. I'm sure your bud will love it.:thumbup:
 
I just picked up a CQC-7A today and love it.

I quite like the look of the tanto's pictured
above as well but I'm hesitant wondering how well the chisel grind is going to do for me
on edc cutting chores? Any comments?
