Just a quick question, would a 2004 CQC-7 Karambit (Black plain edge) be a rare knife these days, as I have seen one advertised at £289 by a private seller, here in the UK?
He states that it is pre-owned and in unused condition.
In my opinion it would be a "rare" production model. There are a few production model Emerson's that were limited runs and don't come up on the secondary market very often. I tend to see Bullnose and an occasional 7 karambit pop up on ebay about once every two months or so but they are usually ridiculously priced in my opinion. The value of these knives are completely dependant on your want for them. I really wanted my EOTAC but not at $300+ prices so I held out until a fellow Emerson brother helped me out.
