Does anyone know what angle the cqc 7 is sharpened at form emerson?

I have a lansky and was wondering what the correct angle to sharpen is?

You have to put the vise right down on the flat of the blade just before the plunge for the main bevel. You know the flat the logo is on. Adjust the vise until you get the stone at the 30 deg angle and it hits the edge bevel all the way across. You may have to use the first screw in the vise to get the angle just right, but once set you will be on your way. Mark the edge too with a marker or pencil and very lightly see where the stone hits. Make adjustments accordingly. You can make fine adjustments with the knurled knob. keepem sharp

PS turn the knife over after you have developed a burr and hit with the 20 or 15 deg angle very lightly and only one pass. Turn the knife over and do the main edge again only with lighter pressure. Keep doing this until it is as sharp as you want.
