CQC-7B-Wave vs MINI-Commander

I am going to purchase an Emerson knife very soon. I will be deciding between the Mini-Commander and the CQC-7B-Wave with combo edge or plain edge. I would really like some input on these knives.

if ya like the'7 ya sould look at the SOCFK, its very similar but i like the handle better, its waved also. also prefer the '8 to either one ya mention, or the '12 or '13.

of the 2 ya mention both are good but i would prefer the '7, the commander has never been one of my favs.
 
Thanks for the help SIFU1A. I have just bought a HD-Combo all black plain edge. It's coming soon, but I can't wait.
 
ya will like that one, much better choice than a std '7 imho, just got a '12 amd really like it myself.
 
I find that my mini-commander "waves" more reliably. It's not as "stabby" as the HD, but I've opened soviet "tuna" ammo cans with it. Haven't used my HD in combat yet, so I can't say, but it looks to be a nice work knife.
