I ordered a CQC-T (S-7 steel) and, if I understood well, the blade is not very thick compared to other tomahawks/hatchets, so I wonder if I can use it for general uses like chopping wood, cutting ropes, break a door down... things like these...
The CQC-T is described only as a personal "combat tool" and they don't recommend to throw it. Why? Is the blade too weak? Is the balance not right for throwing it?
Last question. This is my first non-stainless steel, how prone is the S-7 to rust? Have I to pay attention to anything?
