The ones on the Fehrman knives link are all made by American Tomahawk, that is perhaps a bit missleading of them not to directly say so.

The CQC-T is a beast but it is a fighting tool, if you want one for bushcraft you could do alot better at a lower price.
If you do want it for zombies or a collection then its a great buy. I'm no expert but they are defo one of the coolest T-hawks I'v seen.

The only real difference is the earlier Emerson CQC-Ts had the finger grips at
either end of the handle, the newer ones only have them at the bottom of the handle.
 
Isnt the steel different? The original had Machined 4140 Alloy and Fehrman lists them as S7. They are different steels right? To be honest though I dont know what 4140 alloy is but S7 is pretty common know as seen in Scrappys and the Lmax.
 
4140 is a saw blade steel. Blind Horse Knives uses it on thier Bushcrafter knife.
