This one just up.

.140 plus thick Ti on this model which is 4 and 5/8" closed and ironically and surprisingly weighs in at 5.1 ounces which is as heavy as most all the .163 Horseman folders I just built. I'm still scratchin' my head over that one but it is the case.

Anyway, its flawless and quite smooth for having no lube whatsoever in it and not even being opened and closed but maybe half a dozen times at this writing.

Lock up is early but very secure and overall I'd say she is done. Just needs a skull clip now to complete the mod IMO. Thanks for looking. More pics up in my blog here after this post.

Well I found a skull clip and another little add on I had forgotten about. My Wave hook/thumb disc opener replacement add on I had been offering about a year or more ago. I thought I sold them all but found one laying with a bag of extra clips. One of which was the one mounted on this folder now.

The Wave hook is a great little break in helper to speed things up and makes it fun in the process.

Oh and yes I have permission to do the add on Wave also. I spoke with Andy Demko on the phone personally about this quite some time ago. He gave me his OK and that was that. I can't say I ever made very many though. Just a handful at best really. They are quite difficult to make many times being scrapped the first time before getting the second one correctly done to my satisfaction.

Anyway, I posted a few more pics of it in my blog. I'm not sure at this point that I want to make these hooks to offer them again. I will speak with Dave over at Great Lakes Waterjet and see if he thinks he can cut something like this out for me a few times to do a trial and see if there is an interest in having me do them. Just to make them easier would be nice but also to do it in a less wasteful fashion where I didn't have to scrap so much titanium to make just one would be a god send but no promises. Just in case you were wondering. ;)
