I am looking for a CQC7B black blade with green G-10 waved. Think that would be a slick looking knife. If anyone has it in stock let me know. Or am I stuck with only the shinny blade for the green handles?

Also got to play with a Waved CQC7A today. WOW thats fast. Made up my mind its time for another Emerson! These things are like Lays, you cant have just 1.

Like many of the 'Suspects", I find that I often suffer from PCD (Post Coital Drowsiness). ;)

I may stand corrected, but I think the waved-7B's only come with the satin blade. But your dream 7 sure sounds slick.
 
Where in the world did you find a waved -7a to play with? Was it one that someone cut their own wave in? To my knowledge the "a" blade style isn't offered with a wave. (yet)

The green G10 is only offered with the chrome blade.
 
I've seen a few Commanders in the Green G10 and Black-T combonation and they do look cool.

Raye, they did/do make Black-T bladed CQC7Bs. Come to think of it I don't recall ever holding one, but I have heard of them.

Last time I knew there were no Waved CQC7As (Spearpoint blade) yet, but hey, I hope so!
 
Guys,

I have 2 Black-T bladed CQC7Bs with wave: Serial # 015 with part serrated blade & blue anodized liners & serial # 190 plain edge. I agree green g-10 would be slick...:D
 
It is entirely possiable that the guy cut his own in. I just got a brief look at it. But it was the spear point A.
I only got to fumble with it for 4 or 5 trys, but was impressed.

I just think a green black combo would be something to see.
I dislike satin finished blades. Or even if it could be beadblasted (like the benchmade cqc7) with green would be ok.

Sorry for not being more specific. I meant that the blk/green G-10 combo was not available. I've only seen the satin/green G-10 advertised.
 
I have seen a few Emersons with the Black blade, green G-10 combo; although not very many.
Call them up and ask them if they can make one for you. They are awfully knice.

i know I have seen them too but all I could come up with on such short notice were these gen g10 and black bladed commanders..

I get the feeling that special "tac shops" special order combinations, it is not like these configs are shipped to all dealers.
 
Thanks Sniper, you confermed my thoughts that it would be a great looking knife.

Will have to call EKI tomorrow see how long a turn around we are looking at.
