CQC8 Why?

Why do I like the looks of that knife so much? I am saving pennies to get the SF Plain version. That is a slick looking knife. I had the chance to "fondle" one at a gun show recently. I liked the smooth action and the sure purchase in the hand. It manuvers well in forward and reverse grips. The bummer was the guy wanted OVER RETAIL for it. I know they can be had on ebay, 1sks, knife outlet, etal for around 175.00. Saving, saving, saving...

Emerson Knives, that is one cool blade. Care to do it in the Hard Wear line for us poor folks???

i got a SF/EKI collaboration CQC8 when they came out and liked it a lot, a while later i had a chance to get a specwar custom CQC8 at a ok price($700), so i went ahead and got it, was my edc for almost 2 yrs, still carry quite a bit, great knives imho, of the whole EKI/specwar line i like the CQC6 and CQC8 the best. now if ui can find a '6 at a decent price, not easy to do lol.

I just got one of the new ones yesterday at a gun show. This one rocks! Also picked up a fixed karambit; quite nice as well. Nice work EKI!
