Not sure what you mean. Do you need a replacement for a defective first run Siren? Send it in to Warranty and Repair with a description of the issue you are having. If you just want to upgrade from your old one to a new one, get out your credit card and get in line at a dealer.

I assume you want to exchange it for the new, CQI version. To do that, go to this page:


About halfway down in red, you will see a link "Spyderco Warranty & Repair Form". Fill that out and send it in with your knife to the address provided asking them to replace your defective first run Siren. You do not need to provide a credit card or any money to Spyderco. It is under warranty and as such, the replacement is no cost to you other than for you to get your knife to them. Send your knife in with tracking so that you will know Spyderco got your knife (they will NOT tell you they got it as they are VERY BUSY). Then sit back and wait for your new knife to show up. It will take at least a few weeks. Be patient. It will show up.
