Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with the CR Walking Stick. I am thinking of purchasing (or trading) for one for my father.

They are only about 10X as expensive as any other walking stick I have found. Is it worth it???

These have all the quality you have come to expect from CRK. Yes, they are expensive but, for someone looking for something special, it's hard to go wrong with a CRK walking cane.

Fit and finsish are flawless and the Ti handle gives you a unique surface to grasp. For a once in a lifetime gift, this would be hard to beat. Functional daily use art.

Nope, no experience with them but they look real nice. I am considering buying one for hiking but the price is so high, and I want so many different knives, I don't see it happening anytime soon (though not owning one is eating at me). Does anyone know what the total length of the walking stick is?

I have been using two of the walking sticks for a bit over a year every day. Great quality, well balanced, and a pleasure to use.I have the old style with the titanium hand grip below the ball. One is in Cocobolo, and the other is in Shedeau. If you like a light , or heavy stick take that in to consideration when picking a wood. Take a tour around a real cane shop, and you will be suprised at what real quality costs. For the most part, you can not find a stick of this quality at any price.
