CR123 cells in Germany? cost?

I am thinking about buying my German friend a surefire flashlight for Christmas and wondering how much batteries would set him back locally?

Anyone have experience purchasing 123 cells there? He also travels to Luxemburg and France often, that may or may not be helpful.
 
ok, I found surefire cells for 2.50 - 3.00 euros depending on quantity
or, duracell for 1.69 - 1.99 euros (if I am translating the non-number bits correctly)
with the exchange rate I should definitely send him home with a case purchased here
