It's a scout / camp knife made by schrade in I think the 1960's
Other than that I can tell you that your not allowed to ask about pricing or rarity here unless you have at least a gold level membership.
The reason for this is that people would show up and use this forum just to get valuations for knives that they would then sell on eBay. If a payed membership is required then it gives people a reason to sell here, further benefiting the forum and allowing knives to end up in the hands of fellow members.

It's more because a "What is this knife worth?" post is often an invitation to buy the knife, which would be unfair to those that purchase memberships to sell. Anybody can go on eBay and search for sold/completed listings to gauge value (hint to OP: unsold listings with asking prices are not value, merely asking price).

That makes a lot of sense thank you for telling me. Sorry about the disruption. I didnt mean to cause a problem.

No problem, you might want to read the forum rules though.

If you're not planning on selling the knife and if it's not in mint condition then I would say just put in your pocket.
I wouldn't think it would be rare though because sears normally contracted stuff in high volume. Over a few years thousands and thousands could've been produced. This is just a thought, though I did find more than one listing for them so they're obviously out there.
Personally this is a knife I'd love to have in my pocket and wouldn't hesitate on one for a good price at a yardsale.
