Hello, new here! I recently got a really nice solid folding hunter tang stamped Craftsman USA. Would anyone know who made it and when? Will try to post picture

Schrade, Camillus, Western (and probably a few others I can't remember) all made knives for Sears/Craftsman over the years.

I’ve got a couple 8OT-sized stockmans that I believe are Schrade contract knives. They’re dimensionally identical to my 8OTs. One says “OLD CRAFTY” on the shield where “old timer” should be.

I’d love to find a Craftsman stamped 858, if one even exists.
