I had a day off work, so I decided to go to some out of the way antique and resale shops. I found (and bought) a knife that is a twin to my Imperial Frontiersman 4432. This one has the same white handles, but is marked Craftsman 1927 on the blade, with a Craftsman shield on the handle. The blade is marked :
Craftsman
USA
95044

I assume this one was made for Sears by Imperial? Any help would be appreciated. The knife looks to have never been sharpened, with light pitting on one blade. I gave $8 for it.

A full cross reference for Schrade/Craftsman is yet to surface if one has indeed ever been compiled. Here is an excerpt from an earlier post where we are given a few of the numbers:

The knife you describe sounds like a 50th anniversary knife, from 1977. I have a bit more complete compilation somewhere, but darned if I can locate it just now!

Nice one Stomper!
I picked up a Sears 94515 (it doesn't have the Craftsman name on it) fairly cheap, ($13 with shipping) on ebay. It is exactly the same as the 2 new Frontier 4515 that I got at a hardware store last weekend for $31.49 each.
