A while back I did a vinegar soak to get a more traditional look, and left in in a bit too long. What are your thoughts on getting it back in original shape and re-etching it I'm ferric chloride for a "new as delivered look". Would it be worth my time to do it by hand? Know anybody who might give me a quote for doing the work?
