So any chance of some previews of what you are bringing to the Chicago Show? For those of us who'll be snow bound by then:D
Thanks

Hey Ken,

I will try to get some pics and post them. I will only be taking about five knives becuase of time restraints. I am working on a pearl handled fighter tonight and should finish it up tomorrow evening, but it is already sold:), I am just delivering it after the show.

Thanks,

Craig

I have seen Craigs work, all I can say
is WOW. When he was in town, two years ago?
he had some little sheath knives that now I wished
I got one from him.

Let's have a whole bunch of forumites show up for this one! I'm gettin real fired up; but then again, I get real fired up about ALL knife shows. :)

Oh, and by the way, I've got one of Craig's big mambo jambo choppin machines, and it is super cool. Very well made with about a 10" forged 1084 blade, nickel silver bolsters and maroon micarta slabs. Sort of Craig's version of a large Bob Lum camp knife.

Okay guys here are the preveiw pics. The piccs turned out bad and I apologize!

I will give some specs later today.

I got the pleasure of meeting Craig at the Chicago show this weekend and seeing/handling his knives. I must say, he makes some great stuff! I got the chance to handle the second desert ironwood handled knife pictured above. Very nice design with a faintly visible hamon and a wonderfully ergonomic handle. He also makes an incredible large knife... the big chopper is a massive delight and the ivory handled bowie is simply stunning. I also saw a bowie with an "S" guard that won an award for best knife in show at a previous show. It was delivered to it's new owner... one very lucky guy!
All in all, Craig deserves all the attention and accolades we can heap upon him.
Incidently, his table mate, a man we all know as Danbo was there as well. I gotta say, Danbo knows his knives!
All in all, a great weekend and show. I hope that I get the chance to see his stuff again.
Mongo

Thanks for the kind words Mongo! It was a pleasure to met you at the show.
Sorry I didn't get the specs on the knives posted, I got behind on the sheaths and didn't get a chance to get back on the forums until this evening.
