Hey does any one know how many of these were built and wheather these are "custom" or not? Mine is ats34 blade and stainless steele handle all grey blasted and double edged. This is my first non-benchmade crawford and I kinda like it , large and serious. Any body have any experience with one of these or any crawfords and want to share? MIke

I first read about this knife a few years back in a catalog. The Assassin was being sold along with a couple of other Crawford folders of similar design. I'm pretty sure they were all handmade knives, but I'm not sure. The Assassin was mentioned in the September '98 issue of one of the knife magazines, but I can't remember which one. I was actually looking to get my hands on the knife and e-mailed Pat Crawford about it. I don't know if he checks his e-mail, but its been a while and I haven't received a reply.
If anyone has any info. about where I could purchase one, please let me know.

Hello NB, I recieved this 5" one from Pioneer Valley Knife and tool. They were supposed to be a custom run but I don't know how many were made. To my knowledge they are all gone, if you want to buy this one it is possible e-mail me and let's talk. Mike
