Had a very busy day. Have to take Stella to the vet tomorrow, so I wanted to get as much done today as I could.

Here is a breakdown of my day.

Ground out the blanks, beveled, and drilled holes on these 6:
Hawk
Potawatomi Plus
Kephart
Tin
new design
new design

I was waiting on handle materials for the PDTs that are going out, so while I was waiting for the mail I made handles for all but the hawk and tin knife.

Still waiting, so I made 2 leather sheaths, and 1 kydex for PDT`s.

Mail finally came, so I made the handles for 5 PDT`s, and have them glueing on.

When I get back tomorrow I`ll heat treat the 6 blades. While they are heat treating I`ll shape the handles on the PDT`s.

That is quite a bit of work for 1 day. I don't think I could do all of that in 1 month and come out a quarter as good.

You got a lot done, very productive day.

Two new designs- looking forward to photos and specs..

Actually one new design. I just liked it so much that I made one for myself, the other one is for outdoorsfan. It`s his new design, the Trapline.

The Trapline?Good name,sounds interesting.
And it's good to be busy, makes the day go faster.

Dropped off Stella at the vet at 8 this morning, will pick her up tomorrow at 11. Finished heat treating the 6 blades from yesterday, and made the rest of the sheaths for the P.D.T.`s. Backordered handle material for my personal P.D.T. II arrived today, got those handles glueing on now. Time to kick back for a bit. Watch this weekend for some sweet photos of the knives as I finish them.

Another 1 am start to the day. This morning, I cleaned up these blades, and now have the handles glueing on.

Kephart for w.t. anderson (osage)
Potawatomi Plus for KYenglish (orange G10)
Trapline for outdoorsfan (tan canvas micarta)
Trapline for me! (black canvas micarta)
