Do ya'll think there might be any way to covert a liner lock commander to a back lock using custom made parts? Would the blade pivot allow for it?

It would require extensive modification but I don't see why it wouldn't work. Maybe talk to Reese Weiland about taking on a mod project like that?

The original Hard Wear line made in Japan had lockbacks.

I don't know if there are any makers out there that would tackle this for a reasonable price. Which is probably why the framelock conversions are very common.
