Finally got somebody to call me from Andale this evening. There's a software glitch in the store that won't allow a checkout change once the ad is posted in the store. So, we deleted all the ads, changed the checkout option, put the ads back (backwards as you'll see rather than in alpha order) and the credit card option now works. Easy once you know what the problem is!

Now I can start fine tuning the store and adding a few items I've left out and maybe even get the knives in alphabetical order!

Anyway, success and a big sigh of relief.

Credit cards are here for Christmas shopping!

Yeah! Now the final step to the dark side is awaiting - become a HI Khukuri owner - if I can finally decide on which one (or two) to buy. I'm thinking 15" Sirupati and/or a BAS. Got any BAS with wood handles? I get a woody from nice wood handles :D

I have one BAS left in stock and it's a horn handle. Wood handle on BAS is usually a special order.

Andrew, the 15" Sirupati is a really nice Khuk, one of my favorites.:)If your looking for a wood handle, why don't you check out the Gelbu Specials? I picked up a 16" GS UBDOTD, VERY SWEET!! They are lighter and faster than a Sirupati of the same size. Plus they have fullering which is really cool.:)

I figure on gettting my order in before the XMas season as a present for being such a good boy this year :D Might get a village khuk when the shipment comes in as well if I see something i like.

Looks like it will only be a matter of time before I get one of each model HI... Cheers guys - the enthusiasm is infectious. Mabye i should change my signature to read "Khuku-nut".

Just put in the order for a 16.5" WWII + shipping to Malaysia, paid by CC. I forgot to add: Could you pick me one with a wood handle? If there are none in stock, horn will do.

I'm really looking forward to getting my first authentic made-in-Nepal khukuri.
