I bought a gorgeous CS Autumn Sunset bone Trapper a couple months back but there was slight blade wobble and a tad of grittiness in the opening so I contacted CS about a fix. I spoke with Jean and he said absolutely send it in. It was like dealing with a one man show and very personal. The knife came back with no wobble, smooth as glass and polished up! Great products and great service!

Do you know I'd love to get a CS Trapper and a half moon, but the thing about the slow blades really put me off - and in Canada returning a thing to the US is not easy without getting massacred for taxes several times over

Good to know CS have high service standards though :)

Its always good to hear positive things about a company. A lot of times we only tend to hear the negative.

That Sunset bone is perrty

Good to hear they have improved, they didn't bother responding to my email so I sent it to the dealer I bought from, and apparently it took over 2 weeks for CSC to respond to their enquiries??

Your thread gives me a glimmer of hope for Canal Street, I guess all companies have their good and bad days..
