Thomas, I know that I have stated in the past that the latest line of Kershaw seem to be a bit bland, as they all carry a very similar look. I had tilted my collection towards Spyderco as their variety and quality was drawing me in. That said, I picked up a Skyline to see what the buzz was about, and I placed a pre-order on a ZT 561 Hinderer collaboration. The Skyline, WOW, was I taken back by the fit and finish of this knife, and razor sharp out of the box. I am now in the hunt for the red, damascus, and tan versions. The only thing I would have liked to see is the deeper pocket carry clip. I like the tip up carry option. Other than that, spot on my friend.

The Kershaw Skyline is possibly one of the best values on the american knife market It's simplistic in construction but super practical and realy all you need in an EDC knife all in all I guess you could say that it is the ideal "entry level" knife.
