I joined this site as I got curious as to how old my Ranger was.
It's old, I bought it when I was around 17 back in 1977 but I couldn't remember if it was new or used when I got it.
Over the years it took a beating as I hammered on something with it (probably a Norton Commando) and the blade got bent (probably on a Norton Commando) and I decided to send it to Buck for their SPA service.
It took a little persuading but here it is and they did a fantastic job, better than I expected.
I could not be any happier with how it turned out. This old thing has a lot of sentimental value and it's much, much better than new.
Two before, two after pics.
These little snapshots do not due it justice, the work is perfect.
