I have a bunch of different flashlights, including Lumapower, Fenix, HDS, ARC, and Surefire. I have one of the Surefire L1 crees. It is a GREAT light! Lumapower and Fenix are good lights, but they are NOT the same quality as Surefire. The problem with the manufacturers (with HDS and Surefire being the exceptions) is greatly inflating the lumen ratings. My Fenix is supposed to be 100 lumens and it is blown away by the (only) 65 lumens of the L1. I've been carrying the L1 for 2 months now and I love it. The two levels are easy to use, with the low level bright enough for most tasks around the house or walks in the dark, with the high punching a good see out to 50 yards. Plus it sips the battery.
I would generally stay away from the Chinese crap on Ebay. Go with the L1, it's not easy to spend that much money on a flashlight, but once it's in your hands you'll know why it costs that much, and you won't regret the money spent.
