Well as some of you may have seen on the bay a few days ago someone was kind enough to list a desert bk10 for me to win (sorry if I outbid any of you). This new one sure is a beauty! It completes my entirely unnecessary collection of this model, and compels me to shows it off! So here they are!

When I first got into becker knives my two favorites were the bk9 and bk16, now its the bk4 and bk10. The one that has seen the most use is the stock kabar bk10. Im going to be putting a choil on it sometime this week I hope. I use my LE kabar bk10 for some light stuff from time to time, and I made a killer leather sheath for it. The leather dye also helped me get that micarta to that nice color. I do feel kind of bad knowing I just spent $150 on a knife Im probably never going to use… probably end up selling one or two of these in a year or so.

Any other collectors have all four? bladite? guyton?

If you like them, buy them. Some people on this site are critical of non-users...I happen to be of the opinion that, unless they're financing the purchases, it's none of their business. (Seriously, if anybody wants to buy me a knife - in happy to use it, or not, just tell me right up front what you want.)
I've got one BK10 - a Camillus - and I only bought it because it was a Camillus at a good price. I'm not going to use it for the same reason (and because the 10 doesn't appeal to me - but that just kept me out of your auction, lol)).
Congrats on the find!

I've got half a desert (7)...it didn't get sent with the correct scales.
 
Good on you man. Most of my blades were unessecary purchases, but hey, my hard earned cash. That is an awesome set of 10''s and if I were you I wouldn't be in a rush to offload them. We all have our nuances and interests and yours is far from over the top. Thanks for sharing them, brilliant.
 
Great set man! I'm a user guy but I don't care what folks do with what they got. If you look at my collection you might think some are safe queens but some just don't get used as much as others. I've passed up several on my list because they're NIB and I know I'd hate to use them. Thanks for sharing, great pics!
 
I'm not a safe queen or multiples fan at all but even I think that is really cool!!!
 
Hah, you have the nipple pink BK101! I am not alone any longer with my nipple pink BK91.
 
Pic or it didn't happen! I'm way out in the woods right now cant get any 3G on my phone. Tried looking for it on eBay couldn't find it. Can't even find a pic of one on Google. but the only thing I can get to work is this stupid talktap app.

don't stress. the thing listed is $450 and you don't want to spend that.

also, it's a BK2 serrated that's listed.

Good show on catching them all! TBH, I didn't even remember there was a desert BK-10, so thanks for the reminder.

The BK-10 is a very nice knife, I had extensively used one that I'd borrowed a few years ago and loved it. It might not be the "best" on paper, but I've always just plain liked the thing. So,when I finally had the chance to in Atlanta this weekend, I brought one home with me and It will be used in my typical "red-headed step-mule" style as soon as time permits.

First of all, if you're going to misspell my username, it has to be GUNYON, especially if you're shaving it on your chest.

Second, you are the king of the BK10 in my book. I only have the Ka-Bar LE and the Camillus in black. I never bought a single one of the desert Camillus variants.
