Hi guys,
Such as promised in my initial thread, here you have some of my “Criollos Argentinos” knives.
I like design and I try to find parts and things that I like and join them in a harmonious way in a new knife, always respecting the essence of true ”Criollo Argentino”.
All of blades are handmade by forging and majority steel carbon and a few in stainless steel.
Handles, grips, “soajes” and dropouts, are fully handmade in alpaca, except a couple that are 800 silver with a little of gold plate.
I don't know if you know what is “alpaca” (nickel Silver), trying to explain, also is called English Silver.
Some knives are “picaso” (alpaca and leather), also these leather are molded by hand.
Here you have some pictures and I hope you like them.
Any questions or queries, of course, I am at your disposal for answering.
Greetings to all and thanks !
Hugo
Attending your request, new blades pictures were added.
Remember some of them will be changed for carbon steel blades.
Take in account that some of these blades are between 30 and 50 years old in order to maintain the true spirit and rustic appearance of true gaucho´s knife.
I hope you like them !
