Hello everyone,

I've been collecting for a while but never anything in particular. And I've never really been interested in prices because I never thought I would sell any of them. Then I bought a computer and things changed. I found Bladeforum and started wondering what some of the history of my knives. Who made them and when. Things of this sort. And I found that I had a lot of junk. There were a few in the dresser that had some value, But the majority of them were worth less than I imagined. Either they were a cheap manufacturing company or they were no where close to mint condition.

So one day I decided to go through all of them and with the help of L.G. 4 I would get rid of them. No matter what. While I was doing this, I started reading Levine's Guide, I decided I needed to find one or two things I liked and stick to collecting them. And of course my first thoughts were to Case knives, But It seems everyone collects Case. and they know their values. So to try to shorten this babling story. I decided on Cripple Creek knives.

My question is I haven't really found a lot of information on Cripple Creek knives. I know Bob Cargill is the founder and have been to his sight. And of course have read L.G. 4 little articule on them. I was just wondering if there are any books on Cripple creeks or Bob Cargill. With different patterns. or the different clubs he made knives for, and in what numbers. Things like this.

Anyway I just want to get an Idea of whats out there and what they are worth. I watch E-bay and they bring some pretty nice prices.

Thanks for you time and information
