CRK Blade Show guesses for 2016...

I thought it would be fun to offer conjecture as to what CRK will be introducing at the Blade Show this year. Share your thoughts! My guess is they will be introducing the following:

  1. Large Inkosi (a little smaller than a 25)
  2. Inkosi (maybe only the small) with graphics and/or inlays
  3. A new set of wood species for their various inlays
  4. Return of the Annual Regular Sebenzas but in large enough quantity that it's not impossible to get one
  5. Return of one piece knives but in CPM 3V steel at 60-61 RC, including an option for a partial sawback
  6. More Damascus options and a Damascus wait time of far less than a year
  7. Flying pigs :D

In all seriousness though, I'm thinking we'll actually see Nos. 1, 2, and 3. What say you all?
 
Ive predicted for a while that they would release a Large Inkosi at this Blade Show, but we usually hear of it around this time (2 weeks) before, so im not that sure anymore.

Please tell me what the difference is between a Large Inkosi and a 25 , other than clip angle . Thanks

Theoretically the large Inkosi would be a little smaller since the Inkosi is smaller than a small 21. Different stop pin that doesn't need to be reinserted perfectly like the 25. Clip angle. Groove in blade tang for the lock ball. If there are other differences I don't recall them now, but there have been a bunch of threads discussing 25 vs Inkosi differences.
 
I would love to see new Annual limited editions, not necessarily the Regular profile, but just some kind of large inlay special edition.
 
I would like to see a 3.25" large Inkosi not sure when a large will come out or how long the blade would be. My guess it will not be until SHOT 2017.
It would be easy to add computer graphics to the current Inkosi and I could see that showing up at Blade (well other then the Blade logo one)
I would think inlays on the Inkosi are not going to happen this year and maybe never. The angled clip would prevent most inlays on the lock side.
I think new woods on the inlays along with discontinued ones at Blade is a good bet.
 
Def think we will see an Inkosi between the 25 and regular Inkosi size now.
 
Hopefully you are correct about more damascus offerings. :thumbup:
 
The one piece or return of the regular Sebenza would really get my attention. Would love to see a run of BG42 blades as well.

Lol, i laugh because this will never happen, BUT, would be awesome if they would do stuff like this. Green linen would be nice!
 
I would love to see the return of the Regulars also. I like my 21's a lot, but my regs a bit more. :thumbup:
 
Hi guys been away for a while, I'll be going to blade and will make a detailed post on what they release. I should be there before the crowds enter so hopefully I can get some good information/ pictures.
