Wow, I've heard nothing but great things about CRK's service but I am really impressed. Not only do they back up their products 110%, they do so in a kind, courteous, and expeditious manner. Their communication is the best I've seen so far from a knife maker. Actually, it's the best so far from ANY company I've dealt with. They even emailed me back with a status update when I wasn't really expecting one and to tell me to have a nice week. Great folks!
