CRK customer service, awesome

I recently bought a used large regular sebenza on ebay with a BG42 blade. Everything was perfect, but the lock. The lock would not engage. So I mailed her away to CRK about 2 weeks ago, and today she is back.

Everything is good now, just wanted to say thanks for taking care of it.

To be fair, it was true in 2005 and it's still true today. CRK service is great!
