CRK customer service, awesome

I recently bought a used large regular sebenza on ebay with a BG42 blade. Everything was perfect, but the lock. The lock would not engage. So I mailed her away to CRK about 2 weeks ago, and today she is back.

Everything is good now, just wanted to say thanks for taking care of it.

Agreed ! It's incredible how well they take care of us ! :)

It's like being. . . .well. . . .spoiled rotten ! :D
 
yep... they are the best in the business! (ok i haven't dealt with too many other knife companies, but i certainly know what bad customer service is, and CRK is awesome)
