CRK customer service ques

I emailed to CRK at the email listed at their website 2 days ago but haven't gotten a reply yet. I asked about sending my sebbie back as it didn't have that scary sharp edge I've read about and the lock was a bit sticky.

is the email address at the website the correct one?

anyone know how often they check their emails?

I just want to have a rough gauge before I worry about my email being ignored....

As Anne has told me a couple of times..........."breathe, don't panic, this is not a crisis".......I imagine things may still be sort of busy following Blade in Atlanta. I'm sure your email hasn't been forgotten/overlooked and you will hear something in the next few days!

phew....thanks larry. hope anne has a chance to read once the post-blade flurry has subsided. I just really want to experience the scary sharp CRK factory edge soon.
 
My experience with CRK customer service has been nothing but excellent. My emails to CRK have always been answered promptly and Anne and Bridget are helpful and friendly to a fault. Give them a couple days, spyken, and you can be sure that they'll get back to you.
 
Bridget has replied. With the assurance of help in the most courteous way. I'm sending my sebbie back to Boise, Idaho today...
