CRK Customer service question...

Hey all,

I just purchased my first Sebenza - it's a lefty Ebony inlay Classic.

However, I decided to turn the fasteners around (so the screw heads are on the back of the knife) and in the process I began to strip one of the screw heads.

Will Chris Reeve send me a few new screws if I ask for them? I realize that this was my mistake, but I'm just curious if anyone else has had to do some thing similar.

Yeah, I called and ordered 3 screws - they charged me a grand total of $3 for the screws and .50 cents for the shipping. I won't argue with that!

I did the same- they sent me a screw all the way to england for $3.

Jim,
I did the exact same thing to a screw head. Looked around the room and was happy nobody else was there to see it! Then I got really pisssed at myself for doing it. Screw was replaced, but I fear there's still a few rattling around loose upstairs.
