A few words to thank CRK, time was coming to change my O'rings fitted on my Umnumzaan, they were well worn, after browsing and lurking threads on this matter, I didn't find informations on the internal and external dimensions in order to buy some in my country. So, last week I sent an email to CRK requesting the dimensions, they replied and today I received a letter with 2 pairs of O'rings for free..
They've got a really "top notch" service, in the past I ordered them parts for my sebenza's and other stuff and was never, never disapointed.
Sorry for my mistakes, and thanks for their services.

Yes customer service from CRK is top notch. That's why I have no problem buying their products!

It is great knowing that when you buy a knife they will stand behind it, even when you are not the original owner! All of my dealings with CRK have been positive

I am fairly new to CRK so never needed to use customer service. However I am glad to know they really care if I need it at some point in the future.

The entire staff is unbelievable! That's what makes the company!

Glad to hear they got them to you.

I've only had to use them once, and they went above and beyond what most companies would have.
The best CS I've had with a knife company, or any company for that matter

I have never had to use their CS for a problem but I have sent knives in for double thumb studs and a damascus blade. I was perfectly happy with how things went both those times and I'm sure I will continue to be. They also gave me a few extra items with the knife I hadn't asked for and that is always very nice indeed. :)

I too have had the extreme pleasure of the service offered from the "Mother Ship" I was in need, more of a want actually.. of a leather pouche for one of my CRK's. I could have easily ordered from one of the many on line retailers but decided to give CRK a call. I have a friend who is originally from South Africa so am quite familiar with the accent. To my great surprise Anne Reeve answered the phone when I called.. she gladly took my small order over the phone and was one of the most pleasant people that I have ever had the opportunity to talk to. And believe me I spend my entire work day on the phone talking to sales people. (I earn my Knife money as a buyer) the product arrived in a couple of days and I could not have had a better experience.:)

I have have had to use CRK CS a couple of times over the years. When you have owned 93 CRK to date, odds are an issue will arise eventually. Most were on used knives that had issues caused by a previous owner. No matter the issue though, CRK fixed it, no questions asked. On two of the occasions, I had the honor of speaking to Mr. Reeve on the phone. Was a dream come true to speak to someone you idolize.

They do really care about the product they put out there. I received a call directly this morning from Chris Reeve apologizing for a knife I received from KnifeArt with an off centered blade. I was shocked that an owner of such a well known and famous company would take the time to call a customer to directly address a claim. I had already received the replacement knife as well and am very satisfied with it, but he went the extra mile to take time from his busy schedule to address a customer. I was quite impressed.

I'd say the quality of their staff is reflected in the quality of their products and their service. Chris obviously hires and keeps really good people. All of my experiences with their customer service have been on the remarkably positive side.
