I got two knives back from the spa on Tuesday, and realized that CRK had forgotten to include the re-issued birthday card I had requested for my Sebenza. I called the next morning, and was told the card would go out that day with their apologies.
I got the card today, and they included some extra goodies for me!

A welcomed and pleasant surprise from a great company, thanks!

I sent a sebenza in for the spa and they said 6-8 weeks. On week 11 I emailed them. They returned it to me free of charge since it took so long.....!!!! I am still waiting on a reply from Strider from 6 years ago.... Lol.
 
So far all I've dealt with them, was me asking questions by email, but I've always gotten a prompt and courteous response.

I called yesterday as I lost my 5/64 wrench for my ti lock. I have my own but like to have the proper kit together when I decide to clean it again in a few months.
They are sending it free of charge which made me super happy. 🙌
 
I have had a great experience with all 4 of the knives I have sent them. Took about 7 weeks to get back to me from the time they received it.
