Yesterday I received my Umnumzaan back from having the spa treatment. I had ordered the service pack, which is grease, loc tight, 3 wrenches and the blue towel. When I opened the box, there was a baggie with a screw kit. The service kit was missing. I called CRK to see if I had marked my order sheet wrong. They checked and discovered that they sent out the screw kit instead of the service kit. The young lady told me they would send out the service kit right a way. I told her that I would send the screw kit back but she said that I could keep it, it was there mistake. CRK sure does have a great customer service policy. The Umnumzaan spa treatment was amazing, it looked like a just made knife. Thank you CRK for the great service and outstanding workmanship.

They stand behind their products and take care of the customers! It is nice for a company to admit a mistake and then go out of their way to make it right:thumbup:
 
Havent had to send one in yet but im glad they stand behind their product and will take care of their customers.
 
Those in there customer service have changed over the years, but the quality of the service has not.
Thanks to all those past and present-some very nice people.
 
As well built as any CRK is, the CRK customer service completes the whole CRK experience.
 
I'm new to "high-end" knives and the only reason I decided to spend CRK money right away was from the feeling I got after speaking to their customer service reps. After seeing the results of their spa treatment via various member posts, I'm convinced that I made the right choice.
 
I will add one more. Just this week I received a body screw for a 21. But of course I wanted a screw for the 25. I looked back and sure enough I had ordered the 21. So I called and asked if they could send me the right screw that I had order wrong. And of course the answer was sure, not a problem and NO CHARGE. My mistake and they make it right!!! And do not send the 21 back. Just on of the many stories about how great this company is!!
